Hello lovely people,
Are you a feminist who loves reading feminist books? Are you looking for people to discuss your latest insights, exchange ideas, and learn together? Then this book club might be just what you're looking for.
I started this book club to create a space where feminists can read, learn, and discuss feminist ideas together.
The focus is on feminist nonfiction—books about feminism, gender, society, psychology, history, politics, and related topics. Occasionally, the group may also choose a work of fiction if there's interest.
This is a collaborative book club, and everyone is welcome to suggest books. The group will decide together what to read next.
The book club is bilingual (German and English). Meetings and book selections will alternate between the two languages, so we'll read and discuss books in both German and English.
This group is for people who identify with feminist values or are genuinely interested in exploring them. It is not a space for debating whether feminism itself is good or bad. Instead, the focus is on discussing feminist ideas, research, and perspectives in a respectful and open-minded atmosphere.
