Welcome to the Vienna Film Forum, a monthly discussion group dedicated to the love of cinema!
Think of us as cinema's answer to your local book club. Each month, we pick a recent or upcoming movie release and meet up to share our thoughts on it. You watch the film on your own time and then meet up with us to discuss it, so make sure to plan in advance to see the film before you come to the Meetup!
We are an international group and are devoted to including expats and discussing films each month in English, though you need not necessarily have seen the film in English.
For this month, we will be discussing the new Lynne Ramsay psychological drama Die My Love. This tense and unnerving film features a bravura performance from Jennifer Lawrence as Grace, a young mother in rural Montana grappling with severe postpartum depression and psychosis that unravels her marriage and her grip on reality.
