No matter if beginner, advanced or somewhere in between, this group is for you! Mixed in age and level, supporting eachother in a positive environment! Fitness is not only important to build strength, have more energy and make a positive impact on your life, but also for the mental health. Movement and new challenges are the best thing you can do for your Body & Soul. You can expect a fun and challenging workout for everyone. For every exercise, I provide multiple options of intensity so you and push yourself on the level that is right for you!

The group workouts are outdoors and are hosted by a certified Health-, Fitness- & Personaltrainer ( me )
