Cosmic Bakery. Harnessing the Power of Multiplayer Games at Events
Konstantin Mitgutsch (Playful Solutions) + Lost in the Garden

Since 2020, Playful Solutions and Lost in the Garden have been pioneering the use of co-located multiplayer games for adult learning and training. Over the years, they have developed five browser-based multiplayer games where teams use their phones to engage in collaborative gameplay. Their latest creation, "Cosmic Bakery," funded by the Vienna Business Agency, invites large groups to work together using their phones to design and create a new planet, emphasizing the importance of cooperation and creativity. In this session, participants will have the opportunity to play "Cosmic Bakery" themselves, experiencing firsthand its collaborative dynamics. Additionally, Konstantin Mitgutsch will outline the development process, share insights and lessons learned, and discuss how the game is being implemented at conferences and events to enhance participant engagement and learning outcomes.
