When we started working on "Dungeons of Hinterberg" in 2020, Microbird was just two people, the world was in Covid lockdown, and the video game market was booming. Since then, many things have changed, for better or worse. In this post mortem, we will look at the development and release of "Dungeons of Hinterberg" and what the market looks like for indies in 2024.
