Special Event: Day Trip to Znaim/Znojmo with Wine Tasting

A dear member of this group is organizing a special day trip across the border to Znojmo (Znaim), Czechia. Unfortunately, I—Greg Karpati—won’t be able to attend, but I’m creating this event so that other members of our group can join. So, without further ado, here’s Chris’s info about the trip:

Who would like to join a small, mixed group (LGBTQI+ and straight) for a day trip to Znaim/Znojmo on Sunday, 25 May? We’ll have plenty of time to explore this charming town in the wine-growing region of South Moravia, take a ride on the Dotto land train, enjoy a meal, and then head to the Enotéka to sample a selection of local wines.

If you’ve never been to Znaim before, it’s a picturesque town perched above the Thaya River—definitely worth a visit.

We'll be using Einfach Raus tickets to reach the Czech border, then purchasing our own tickets for the remaining stretch (Unterretzbach–Znaim). If you have a KlimaTicket, you’ll only need to buy the cross-border portion.
