Join us every first Sunday of the month at 11am for a rejuvenating journey into mindfulness and meditation. In our fast-paced world, taking time to pause and reconnect with ourselves is essential for our well-being.

- Duration: approx. 60-90 minutes
- Location: Prater, Vienna
What to Expect:
During our Monthly Mindful Mornings, I'll guide you through gentle meditation and mindfulness practices designed to promote relaxation, inner peace, and present-moment awareness. Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, these sessions offer a welcoming space to nourish your mind, body, and spirit.

What to bring:
Please bring a Yoga mat and - if you like it cozy - a blanket to sit comfortably (recommend :). Dress for the weather (e.g. make sure you don't get cold as we won't be moving a lot).
