Hi everyone,
The Vienna Music Tech Meetup is coming back in September! Save the date on 9.9.2015 (Vienna, location to be confirmed).
Update: Location will be at Co-Space Coworking in Gumpendorferstraße 65 (Attention! There are several Co-Space Coworking addresses in Vienna, be sure to come to the right place!)
It will be co-hosted by Tom Lidy (MusicTech Professional and currently involved in the MusicBricks project) and Helmut Herglotz (sofasession).
Tom will talk about the upcoming Music Hack Day in Vienna and he's eagerly looking for people that want to get involved.
We're also looking for someone who wants to contribute some insight around music, music technology and current innovative trends. If you are interested in presenting something, please get involved in this discussion here:
Also, any suggestions for topics to be covered are very welcome. Please use the same board for that.
Update:
Our new friends from Melodioux will present their new startup and application they are working on.
Since we had a lively discussion about copyrights and licensing the last time, I will make a short presentation about things to keep in mind when licensing and using music in online applications.
