Positive Psychology is about emotions and rational thinking, how they mix and how we can achieve more wellbeing (and love) by applying thinking before suffering. To be successful in establishing relationships in these times require, more than ever, a good understanding of our own psychological make up. And how much do we really know about what ‘love’ is, or rather, what ‘loves’ are out there that might bring extra well-being to our lives? Philosophers, scientists and writers provide visions of loveS that may help us find our path and our goals.
We are sharing philosopher’s Alain de Botton’s and anthropologist Helen Fisher’s views. The videos pack a lot of humor and tons of wisdom.
