A welcoming space for curious people who wish to better understand the relationship between body and mind, learn to listen to the signals of their body, and rediscover their natural equilibrium. In this environment, small moments of insight can emerge - helping participants build trust in themselves and strengthen their capacity to care for their own wellbeing and vitality.
This community brings together people who are interested in mindful and natural approaches to wellbeing and enjoy exploring practical ways to support themselves in everyday life.

The inspiration for these gatherings comes mainly from sophrology and naturopathic wellbeing practices, with supportive elements from body-awareness approaches.
