Vienna Scrum Meetup: an introduction to LeSS

Hi everyone,
in our previous event, Konstantin led us along the Rocky Path from Component Teams to Feature Teams, with Feature Teams being part of the structure LeSS is built on.
However, so far we haven't talked about what LeSS is. So in this event we're going to make up for that by giving an introduction to Large-Scale Scrum, or LeSS.
With that we're kicking off, what hopefully will turn out as a series of events introducing the most widely known frameworks to scale Scrum beyond it's original scope of one single team.
