Open Mic Storytelling Night - Theme "Elephant in the Room"

Vienna Storytelling Collective is back from the summer break and from an acclaimed run of our Queer Folks' Tales show at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival ("utterly fabulous" 5 stars)! Our hugely popular OPEN MIC STORYTELLING evenings resume on Thursday 21st September 2023 at 19.00h in Cafe Korb, with the audience-chosen theme "Elephant in the Room".

Also, don't forget our other monthly event - TRUE STORY NIGHTS at the grand Rote Bar in Volkstheater which start again on Tuesday September 26th. These shows are always sold out so if you want to come - buy your tickets early (see Events section).

At our OPEN MIC STORYTELLING NIGHT performances range from stories, songs, poetry and stand up from aspiring writers, plus we always have a selection of experienced and/or established professional writer/performers to close the first and second halves of the evening for us.

Please read the "What We're About" section for full details of what to do if you'd like to read or perform your work at our Open Mic sessions. To guarantee a spot - message us in advance, or just turn up early and see if we still have space.
