Everyone has heard of pekoe, orange, golden, tippy, etc. when it comes to black tea. But these terms are not associated with green tea 🍵 .
But what are Ujeon (우전), Sejak (세작), Jungjak (중작) and Daejak (대작) for green tea in Korea?
In Korea, there is a classification of green tea according to the harvest time that determines the taste.
