Dear Tea Lovers!
We're hosting a casual meetup to dive into Sheng (raw) Puerh tea. If you've never heard of it, you're in for a treat! It's famous for having one of the most incredible flavor ranges of any tea, and - pressed into so-called cakes - it actually transforms as it gets older.
We'll start by tasting some young, Puerhs. This is where we get to explore how a tea’s environment gives it a unique, fresh taste.
Afterward, we’ll do some time-traveling! We'll brew arguably two of the famous Puerh teas, both more than 15 years old! You'll get to taste for yourself how time changes the tea into something completely new and complex.
It’s a perfect session whether you've never had Puerh before or you’re already a huge tea fan.
