Mini-Talks Session #8, Meetup together with the Symfony User Group

Hi guys,
our next mothly meetup together with the Symfony User Groupwill be on Wednesday the 19th of June 2013, 19:00 Vienna Time.

It would be nice to have some new speakers for the next session, since the last time we definitely outstayed our typical time budget Julian (Symfony), Sebastian (PHP) and me concluded that we will reduce the amount of talks to 2 max. So please if you have something to tell go ahead.
You can also do a Mini-Talk (they are typically between 5-15 minutes, but can last longer course ;)). So please contact me or post here if you have anything to talk about symfony, php or web performance related e.g.

Symfony: nice Symfony extensions you use, or your experience with Symfony in production (especially web performance related ;))

PHP: you development workflow in PHP, projects you have worked on and your lessons learned, how do you see PHP different now.

Server side war stories: In your day job or personal life how did you encounter performance problems in web applications? How did you solve them?

You software stack How are you leveraging your software stack to meet you clients performance

Client side bottlenecks: Have you ever switched on some client side performance measures? (e.g. JS, CSS, Image optimization,...) What did you do and how did it influence your site traffic?

DevOps best practices: Some people from the DevOps usergroup already mentioned they could talk a bit about their exp. with web peformance. If anybody has exp. with optimizing performance with Reverse-Proxing, DB tuning, etc. would be nice if you could share your experiences.

Web Perf Tools: If you had some nice experience with web perf tools out there, it's nice to share them
If anyone comes up with another Mini-talk you are more than welcome to give me a short notice via mail or just do it ad-hoc on the day of the meetup.
