For this wine tasting they are teaming up with Piedra Negra, from the heart of the Uco Valley, in Mendoza Argentina, at the foot of the Andes, Piedra Negra is one of the pioneers of modern winemaking in Argentina. Established on poor, stony soils, the estate takes its name from the characteristic dark stones of the region. The altitude, generous sunshine, and strong temperature variations allow for wines with remarkable aromatic purity and elegant freshness.
