Details

We learn different techniques to enhance one´s own sadhana (spiritual practice) ranging from pranayama to guided meditations. Every week we learn one new Asana (posture) as well.

Closing the session there is one short group meditation on a different topic each week.

After the meditation there is time to talk about spiritual topics (satsanga) and to ask questions about Gott und die Welt (god and the world) and to get to know other people on the spiritual path.
