Stadtwanderweg Challenge

This one has to be special: it will be our 10th hike, on the 10th day of the 10th month, and we’re hiking Stadtwanderweg 10 🤩✨

So this is definitely one you shouldn’t miss!

📅 Date: October 10
📍 Start & Finish: Breitenlee Friedhof
📏 Distance: 7 km
⏱ Walking time: approx. 1 hour 45 min

This route takes us through forests, meadows and fields in Vienna’s 22nd district. Along the way we’ll pass the Norbert-Scheed-Wald and the rather unusual Berg aus Mist — a 75-metre-high former landfill that has become part of the landscape. And if we’re lucky, we might even meet the mountain goats living there 🐐🌿

Of course, we’ll also collect another stamp for our Wanderpass ✔️

Before the hike, I will share a registration form there and create a separate group for confirmed participants.

What is the Challenge: we’re hiking all Vienna Stadtwanderwege and collecting stamps in the Wanderpass.

At the end of the challenge we’ll hold a raffle with prizes and a final meetup.
