Vigorous 75 min. weekly Vinyasa Yoga! The class is set to hip hop, soulful house & pop music. We focus on building muscular strength, flexibility, balance & core strength, creating long and lean lines in the body. All levels welcome, I teach from the ground up. This class is taught in English. This is a fun, heat building flow... be prepared to sweat and laugh! Bring a friend and make it a weekly yoga party!

*I am a 300-hour Certified Yoga Alliance instructor currently teaching at Sun & Moon Yoga, IYC Jinbocho & Yoga Plus. I also lead groups, workshops & private yoga classes in California, Hawaii and Tokyo.

Studio prices:

Cost for the first time student is a drop-in fee of 3,300 yen and 300yen for a yoga rental mat if needed. Tickets are also available at each studio.

All tickets are vaild for 4 months after purchase.No initiation fee or annual fee. (tax included)
