Allow the positive ions from the trees & SUN bathe you as you dive into a vigorous, deep stretch and strengthening flow to my playlist of hip hop, house, soul, dance and R&B. Sun, sweat, laughter, yogic dance...perfect Morning pop -up! Please bring a friend or partner, All levels welcome! HOPE TO SEE YOU!
