This (second) meetup will focus on these issues.

Specifically,

1. Public domain data directly downloadable at Indian Government websites

2. Problems of consistency and completeness of the above data

3. Problems of format

4. Accessing data "embedded" (but not downloadable) at Government websites

5. Difference between "having data" and "having rights to data", and its implications.
