Each week we sit in meditation for half an hour and then explore a range of topics through contemplative conversation that we practice bringing into our daily lives.

Some cushions and chairs are provided, but bring your own cushion if you have one!

Please arrive on time—we’ll begin the silent sit at 7 pm.
