Vinyasa Yoga Class (donation based)

We will enjoy the summer and do a lovely Vinyasa class in the Parc Josaphat. (exact location is the Plaine des Azalées). If it rains, I will let you know about the new location which will be as close as possible to the original one.

The class will be donation based giving what you can and think it is worth it and will be held in English.

Please bring your own mat if you have one, otherwise let me know beforehand and I might be able to bring one :) The class will be adapted to all levels and I give options for beginners and more advanced yogis.

Don't forget your water and a big smile!
