Monday evening Yin & Yang Vinyasa Flow

Join us for our first Vinyasa Flow in the beautiful Cactus Park 🌵

This one hour class is facilitated in English and will include pranayama, a dynamic vinyasa sequence, and we finish with some restorative poses.
