Sunday Morning Yoga: Rise & Shine Vinyasa Flow

Join us for our second Vinyasa Flow in the beautiful Cactus Park 🌵

This one hour class is facilitated in English and will include pranayama and a vinyasa flow to help you awaken your body, energise your mind, and set a positive tone for the day.
