This group is open to anyone who wants to explore the spontaneity and joy of free-form dance. No dance experience or ability is required - just a desire to be present and honor your own rhythm and flow!

This is a space for women to come together, reconnecting deeply with themselves and with each other. Through movement, we co-create a supportive community—a safe, sacred container to feel, express, and release.
It is an invitation to explore the wild, playful, tender, and fierce dimensions of your feminine essence, allowing your authentic self to emerge.
Come as you are, in whatever feels comfortable. And know that every BODY can dance! There is no right or wrong way to move here, just your truth in motion.
