What we’re about

Self Defense and Awareness martial arts sessions.
These lessons focus on utilizing the body’s natural mechanics and bridge the mind body connection by using elements of Tai Chi, Kung fu, and Judo. We also use push hands, which is a low impact way to build muscle memory, and learn how to sense and connect to another’s center of balance.
Fun low impact methods designed for seniors and women, but is effective means of self defense for all.
