Join us for a grounding and transformative group meditation led by Vicky Plante, founder of Restorative Healing, LLC.
This 60-minute healing circle blends guided relaxation, visualization, affirmations, and group Reiki energy. Participants can sit or lie down during the meditation. Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, & chairs are provided. Each participant will also receive a brief individual Reiki session during the experience.
Come as you are—and arrive with one healing intention in mind. Together, we’ll co-create space for restoration, clarity, and connection across body, mind, and spirit.
