Looking to staycation close to the beach? I purchased a house as a second home in Virginia Beach, looking to rent out on a monthly basis the master bedroom w ensuite bathroom. 15 minutes from the beach and parks, one hour to Colonial Williamsburg, quiet, safe environment. Direct access to water, bring your kayak, small boat, etc. have private dock. I love being close to the beach but hated the noise and overall racket of beachfront hotels so I purchased a house close to the beach on a quiet street and safe environment, equipped w ADT and direct access to water.
