Each class is built around a fun theme and blends yoga poses, breathing exercises, and creative activities like musical mats or mindful art. Kids will build confidence, connect with others, and learn tools to calm their busy minds—all while having a blast!

Led by Michelle Graybeal -- RYT200, RCYT
Michelle is a dedicated yoga teacher with a background in fitness and wellness. Her yoga journey began in high school, where she learned breathing techniques that helped her through her teenage years. In 2005, she became a certified group fitness instructor and has since taught various classes for adults and children.
In 2023, Michelle earned her yoga teacher certification, and soon after got certified as a children's yoga teacher to share yoga's benefits with young people. Additionally, she is a published author of journals aimed at promoting mindfulness and gratitude for all ages. Michelle's commitment to wellness, education, and creativity reflects her passion for fostering a healthier, more mindful world.
