Treat yourself to 90 minutes of deep nourishment for body, mind, and spirit. We’ll begin with gentle, flowing movements and a soothing self-facial massage to awaken circulation and invite calm into the nervous system. You’ll then be guided through a rejuvenating self-lymphatic massage focused on the belly, using warm castor oil—a practice long revered for its detoxifying, cleansing, and deeply hydrating benefits that support digestion, lymphatic flow, and whole-body renewal.

We’ll close with a 25–35 minute sound healing Savasana, where healing vibrations wash over you, melting tension and guiding you into spacious relaxation. Luxurious, grounding, and restorative—this workshop is a gift to your whole being.
