Let's meetup at the Washington Monument for the annual Cherry Blossom Kite Festival. Bring telephoto lenses if you have one; if not, bring whatever you have. Plan accordingly for the weather; if it's windy out, make sure you have proper clothing and gear. We'll meet behind the bookstore/bathrooms at the eastern edge of the Monument grounds.
