Welcome to VirAge Teams - the first digital Collective of its kind! We are seeking the ways to take advantage of the Cloud-native computing development, Decentralized Ledger Technologies (DLTs), Agile product development, Lean Startup principles and the dynamic equity allocation for all Digital Workers who participate in creating value of this alternative to corporate and private companies based on "wage slavery" and hierarchical structures of the Industrial Age. The mold, created at the dawn of the Industrial Revolution to mass produce the workforce to operate factories, heavy machinery and conveyor belts, does not work now when the economic progress depends on skills of people involved in Knowledge and Science-based, Innovation and Imagination-driven pursuits to create new products and services from abstract ideas. We are the craftsmen of the Art of Digital Technology. We are building the Meta-verse of the new intangible, and still so valuable, services and interactions for people to improve their lives through. And in order to build this new reality, we need to be free from the old constraints, like the "wage slavery" system and dependence on Big Capital, which will eventually try to reap all the awards.
