The new batch starts on 15th February. It is a recurring workout session from Monday to Friday, every day from 3:00 - 4:00 pm. Join us to burn those extra calories, lose fat, and stay fit.

This is an online workout session. Having 2 kg dumbbells will be helpful but not mandatory. You can also use 1ltr water bottles or a couple of heavy books as an alternative.
