Details
Product Owners have been around since the beginnings of Scrum. Seen as a pivotal role in prioritising and preparing work, amplifying the voice of the user and collaborating with the team to provide early validation and feedback.
The role needs someone with domain knowledge, time, attention to detail and the trust of stakeholders.
