🎯 Group Goal
To build a supportive and welcoming community for Africans living in Sarajevo and across Bosnia and Herzegovina. We aim to create a space where we can connect, share experiences, and support one another through the highs and lows of being far from home.
🤝 Who Are We Hoping to Meet?
Africans of all backgrounds—students, professionals, parents, creatives, travelers, and long-term residents—who are living in Bosnia and looking to connect with others from the continent. Allies and friends who respect and appreciate African culture are also welcome.
🎉 What Will We Do at Our Events?
Our events—both online and in-person—will include:
• Virtual meetups & casual chats
• Cultural exchange nights
• Potlucks & shared meals
• Language practice sessions
• Support circles & info-sharing (housing, schools, job tips)
• Fun activities to help us feel connected and less homesick
