How do our life experiences shape the way we relate to one another in the Body of Christ?

Join us for an engaging and thoughtful online discussion as we explore the many aspects of our identities - including our culture, family background, generation, gender, abilities, socioeconomic experiences, and more - and consider how these experiences influence the way we engage with God, our neighbors, and the world around us.
Together, we will examine how influence, opportunity, and life experiences can shape our perspectives, relationships, and participation within the Church and society. Through Biblical reflection, guided teaching, and honest conversation, we will seek greater understanding, humility, and unity as followers of Christ.

During this interactive session, you will:

• Explore the many experiences that shape who we are and how we see the world.
• Reflect on how influence, opportunity, and responsibility affect our relationships in the Body of Christ.
• Participate in both large-group and small-group discussions in a welcoming environment.
• Grow in self-awareness while listening to and learning from the experiences of others.
• Recognize assumptions and biases that can create division and discover practical tools for building understanding, reconciliation, and belonging.
• Be equipped to love your neighbors more faithfully and pursue justice with wisdom, humility, and grace.

Whether you're new to these conversations or have been engaging them for years, this gathering is designed to create space for curiosity, learning, and Christ-centered dialogue. Come ready to listen, reflect, ask questions, and grow alongside fellow believers as we pursue the unity Jesus prayed for.

As one body with many members (1 Corinthians 12), we believe understanding one another more deeply strengthens our witness, deepens our love, and equips us to reflect Christ more faithfully in our communities
