About us

Mat Pilates from the comfort of your own home! My online classes focus on slow, intentional movement with an emphasis on form, breathwork, & nervous system regulation. I aim to create a safe space where you can take 45 minutes out of the day to return to the present moment through mind-body awareness. Classes include stretching & active movement based on both classical and contemorary Pilates exercises. Lead by me- Emily! (PSC Nationally Certified Pilates Instructor). Looking forward to seeing you soon and helping you along your unique fitness journey! :)

Equipment needed: yoga mat & hand or wrist weights
