What if I fall asleep?
Falling asleep is perfectly fine! The sound bath is virtual, and your audio and video will be off throughout. The event will end after 35-40 minutes, and if you are asleep by then, you won't notice.
What is the best way to listen to the sound bath?
Please go into your audio settings in Zoom and select "original sound for musicians". Please connect to the zoom event using headphones or earbuds. The sound bath is going through an external mic into your ears, so the audio quality should be very good.

What should I think about during the sound bath?
