What we’re about

Welcome to Element Recovery Art with Andrea!
This is a private group for members of my free weekly Virtual Women's Art Recovery Peer Support Group. Please respect the privacy of those in this virtual space, and do not share their work without permission.
If you have any suggestions, this offering is a work in progress, so please feel free to reach out to me directly. We're happy to have you here!
Details:
🌿 For self-identified women & nonbinary folks
🌿 All levels welcome—beginners to seasoned artists
🌿 A soft, supportive space to create and connect
We meet every Wednesday at 7pm ET—and the first Sunday of the month at 4pm ET. 🎨
You’re warmly invited to our Virtual Women’s Art Recovery Peer Support Group. Whether it’s your first time or you’ve joined us before, you’re always welcome to drop in—no sign-up needed.
Sharing is completely optional, and your camera can stay off—come as you are, however you are.
This is a gentle, judgment-free, trauma-informed space where we support each other’s journeys and honor the power of creative expression.
We welcome individuals in all stages of recovery from mental health conditions, substance use disorders, eating disorders, grief, loss, chronic pain, codependency, divorce, perfectionism, and any other life experience that needs healing. You do not have to identify as a person in recovery in order to attend. It's perfectly okay to come and just observe, to see if it feels like a good fit for you! Share with friends who may benefit from time in community and the healing practice of creativity.
Please private message me with your email address to receive the zoom link to attend our gatherings. If you'd like more information about this group or my coaching services, please visit my website.
