You’re warmly invited to our Virtual Women’s Art Recovery Peer Support Group every Wednesday at 7 PM ET. Whether it’s your first time or you’ve joined us before, you’re always welcome to drop in—no sign-up needed.
Who’s it for?
All self-identified women and nonbinary folks seeking a supportive space for healing through creativity.*
What to bring?
Whatever you have on hand—markers, paints, pens, a journal, or a craft project. No need to buy anything new—just bring yourself.
What happens in a session?
An optional topic will be presented, then we will ease into our open art practice (with calming background music), and end with a discussion about our experience.
Sharing is completely optional, and your camera can stay off—come as you are, however you are.
This is a gentle, judgment-free, confidential space where we support each other’s journeys and honor the power of creative expression.
Bonus session: If Wednesdays don’t work for you, we also gather the first Sunday of each month at 4 PM ET.

*We welcome individuals in all stages of recovery from mental health conditions, substance use disorders, eating disorders, grief, loss, chronic pain, codependency, divorce, perfectionism, and any other life experience that needs healing. You do not have to identify as a person in recovery in order to attend. It's perfectly okay to come and just observe, to see if it feels like a good fit for you!
