✍️ You’re warmly invited to join me for a Mindfulness-Based Meditation and Writing Workshop — a gentle space to slow down, listen inward, and explore creative expression through guided practices.

This workshop is inspired by my time on retreat at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health last December, where I deepened my mindfulness and contemplative writing practice. I’m excited to share some of the meditation and reflective writing practices I learned there with all of you.

Together we’ll move through guided meditation, reflective writing prompts, and spacious time for creativity, allowing words and insights to arise naturally. The intention is to create a supportive environment for presence, self discovery, and authentic expression.

This will be a small group gathering so we can connect more personally. Participants will be invited to share their writing if they feel called, though sharing is always optional. This workshop is open to all women and nonbinary individuals seeking creativity and connection.

No writing experience is necessary — just bring a notebook, something to write with, and an open mind.
If you’re craving a quiet, creative pause on a Sunday evening, I’d love for you to join us in this practice.
