Toronto, you have one of the world's premiere XR festivals right on your doorstep, and it is back for its 10th anniversary.
There is no festival that introduces as many original works as FIVARS, Canada's longest-running festival of its kind.
The FIVARS Festival of International Virtual & Augmented Reality Stories marks its anniversary with a showcase of over 60 XR (Extended Reality) from new ultraHD stereoscopic spherical content to interactive VR and AR pieces from around the globe, all released within the past year.
A Sample of Notable Works
Besides festival circuit favorites like Emperor and The Tent, FIVARS features premieres from 360° video to interactive installations and Augmented Reality works from Nikita Shochov, interactive VR from Elizabeth Goins, experimental new work from Sojung Bangh, and more.

Online Experience:
Can't attend in-person? Our Web3D theater brings the festival global through starting October 10th, featuring 3D 6K videos with spatial audio and VR support. (Note this is only a partial catalog. All in-person tickets also include online access).
