Comparison is the death of joy, especially early in the year when people around us are setting big goals. It feeds the “I’m not good enough” loop and drains your confidence.
This workshop will help you shift out of comparison and into self-compassion, so you feel more grounded in yourself and clearer about what matters to you.
You’ll leave with:
- Clarity on what your comparison is pointing to (what you want)
- The belief keeping the “not good enough” loop running
- A simple way to challenge that belief and loosen its grip
- Evidence of your capability (from your own life)
- A practice to use when comparison shows up again
Bring pen & paper. Come with one example of comparison you’d like to shift. You won’t be asked to share it. This is just so you can get the most out of our time together.
