Vision Architecture: Charlie Workshop - Roadmapping

Details
ADULT MEETUPS (Ages 18–80+)
Fast-paced, thought-provoking creative mapping sessions that help you clarify your current reality, imagine your future, and design a path to get there—with structure, support, and inspiration.
Each session includes 6 rapid-fire mind maps, reflecting on the Who, What, Where, When, Why, and How of your current or future life. We’ll read through them as a group (sharing optional). Afterward, you'll have the option to move your mind maps into a structured spreadsheet—a powerful way to revisit, organize, and evolve your thoughts as an ongoing practice.

For Adult Sessions:
What You Need to Attend
To make sure everyone gets the most out of these creative, hands-on sessions, please come prepared and ready to focus. These guidelines are in place to support you—and everyone else in the room—so we can all have a smooth, productive, and inspiring workshop. If someone isn’t able to follow these basic ground rules, they’ll be kindly asked to drop the session so the group can stay focused and supported.
- 📄 Paper: 8.5 x 11" or larger (up to 11 x 17") – bring at least 8 sheets
- 🔇 Quiet Space: Limit distractions and background noise to help everyone stay present
- 🤲 Full Focus: Please avoid multitasking—no cell phones, typing, or other devices during the session
- 🌐 Solid Internet Connection: A steady connection ensures you stay fully engaged
- 📐 Flat Surface: Make space to spread out your ideas without worrying about knocking things over
- 🖥️ Monitor or Screen: A screen where you can follow along comfortably while using both hands to write and sort
- 📵 No Phones for Zoom Access: You’ll need a computer or large tablet so your hands stay free to create
These workshops move quickly, and they work best when everyone is prepared and focused. It’s about mutual respect and making the most of our creative time together. If someone can’t follow the guidelines, they’ll be politely removed so the rest of the group can keep moving forward with clarity and care.
