Artificial Intelligence is changing the way we build software and collaborate faster than ever before.
Developers have AI assistants. Teams work remotely. Engineering is evolving rapidly.
At the same time, Agile is under pressure.
Some people believe Scrum is dead.
Others say Agile has become bureaucracy.
Some even predict AI will replace Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches.
I have a different thesis.

## Agile Will Never Die.

Not because Scrum will stay exactly the same.
Not because every Agile framework will survive.
But because the principles behind Agile—continuous learning, collaboration, fast feedback and adaptation—have always existed and will continue to evolve alongside technology.
