A Tactful Exploration - Saying what needs to be said

Details
While some cultures are more comfortable “telling it like it is” there are many more cultures where it feels very uncomfortable to say something direct and potentially unpopular. It is often easier to just ignore it and hope it goes away.
Unfortunately most often than not the things that are not said not only don't disappear but they remain there, lingering, and causing trouble, obfuscating the clarity of future conversations, tainting the purity of future messages.
Favoring the short term approach to avoid a small pain today can cause very large pain later.
There are of course often very good reasons to avoid having that difficult conversation.
One is that we don't know how to share a delicate message Tactfully.
This is what this session will try to teach us to get better at :)
## Questions that we'll try to answer
Bystander Effect - are individuals are less likely to offer help to a victim when there are other people present?
Unconditional Positive Regard - what can help us choose to do the right thing with compassion?
Non Violent Communication (NVC) - is there a compassionate communication method that can help resolving conflicts peacefully or even avoiding them at all?
Practice NVC - how can I learn a well tested way to communicate difficult concept tactfully?
## What kind of session can you expect?
This training is designed to be highly interactive.
It will start with a group conversation
Some content will then be presented and discussed.
There will then be some practice on a specific content in small groups
We'll close by debriefing all together the lessons learnt from the practice.
