Visual Fields Keynote — Making Furniture: From Sketch to Object 🪑✨

Creating a piece of designer furniture began with a sketch and a big question: who could help bring this unconventional idea to life?

Finding and working with an unexpected partner opened the door to unfamiliar materials and processes. What started as a technical challenge turned into a deeper creative process — built on trust, curiosity, and a willingness to get things wrong.

Mistakes led to unexpected forms. And the process itself became the real discovery.

Join us on July 8 as furniture designer Antonio Feroldi — with over a decade of experience working with brands like FIFA and Vogue, and a background in art and fashion — shares how this project came to life.

In Antonio’s talk, you will learn about:

• How furniture goes from sketch to finished piece.
• How mistakes can lead to design opportunities.
• The power of material exploration.
