Community-led Meditation & Discussion
Silver Lake grassy patch, 1850 W Silver Lake Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90026, Los Angeles, CA, USThis is a community-led session (Tristan will not be there). The group will decide how they want to practice together.
Our practices generally include some of the following:
- Meditation
- Mindfulness
- Metta (Loving-kindness)
- Breathwork
- Sound bath
- Journaling
To bring:
- Blanket, cushion, and/or chair
- Water bottle
- You may also want a hat and/or sunglasses
- Journal & pen/pencil (optional)
- Food and/or beverages to share (optional)
