No lengthy monologues. Time limit per person for uninterrupted talk is 5 min, which can be enforced by timer, but so far has not been necessary.

Directions:

From Halstead go east on Howard.

Howard is just south of I696.
When Howard turns from NorthEast to SouthEast, turn left onto private drive.
2nd house is it.
